L'AFFITTACAMERE IL GATTO CON GLI STIVALI is a family structure located on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator) that offers very nice and cheap rooms with bathroom at 15 minutes from the historic center of Florence.

POSITION
The guest house IL GATTO CON GLI STIVALI has a great location, 15' walk from the historic center. It is located in a very quiet area and well stocked with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Basically we are near the historic center of Florence.
By foot in less than 5 minutes you can reach Porta al Prato and Stazione Leopolda, where the historic center begins and from where you can also easily reach the Teatro Comunale and the Cascine Park on foot. In addition, the Florence-Peretola airport is only 10/15 minutes by city bus and also the Florence railway station of S.M. Novella which is about 900 meters away is easily reachable with at least 3 bus lines (22, 23 and 35). Both the new Court and the University Campus are just a few bus stops away.
Buses for all directions (eg bus 22 in 6/8 minutes arrives at the end of the line, a few steps from Piazza del Duomo).

THE ROOMS
The property has two types of fully furnished accommodation
Tipology A: composed of two spacious accommodation 1 and accommodation 3, communicating, bright, tastefully furnished with bathroom and private entrance.
Tipology B: large bright room, elegantly furnished with bathroom, terrace and private entrance. Each type is equipped with armored door, color TV, air conditioning / heating, safe, washing machine, towels and bed linen. Each room is equipped with its own personal fridge and oven / microwave, which are essential for medium-long stays. Wi-Fi is free.

The possible presence of pets (dogs and cats) must necessarily be declared and agreed at the time of booking.

Please note that the supply of bed linen and towels, cleaning of the room once a week (for long stays) and wireless internet connection for your computer are included. Prices may vary between the minimum and the maximum depending on the length of stay, the season, the high or low season, but in any case will be communicated with the utmost transparency.
Minimum 2 nights
For bookings of more than 4 nights a 15% discount will be applied on the total amount and, if requested, will be offered at the check-out, the free transfer to the S. Maria Novella Station (between 7.30 and 11 am am).
